Given the challenges with credentialling we are having, we came up with a plan so that you can been seen in the meantime. We offer a 60.00 per month option for individuals and 175.00 option for families up to 4 in the immediate household and 20.00 each additional family member. This will give unlimited access for wellness and sick visits and discounted costs on testing and procedures. This will be based on a 6 month commitment, and after, you can cancel at anytime.
